Are Helmets and Locks included in rental?Yes. Please do not leave unlocked bikes unattended. Please request a lock when renting a bike. It would be a shame if you had to reimburse us for the bike!

What do I do if my chain pops or I get a flat tire while renting the bike?Our phone number is on the bike. Please call us and do not walk the bike back to bike shop. It’s not healthy for you or the bike!

Can I rent longer than the 90-minute rental?Yes. 90-minutes, 4 hours, all-day, and multi-day/weekly rentals. Excluding Surrey Bikes.

What do I need to have to rent a bike?We only take cash and we ask for one form of identification. For daily/weekly rentals, we require a form of identification and a credit card in case of a damaged or stolen bicycle.

Are Bikes allowed on the Boardwalk?Bikes are permitted on the boardwalk until 1:00pm daily. Our bikes are NOT allowed on the beach!

How long is the rental period?Each rental period is for 90 minutes.
